35 Years in the Field

David has been hunting, fishing, and reading the landscape of the Hudson Valley since he was a kid. He had his first He studied Fish & Wildlife Management at SUNY Cobleskill, worked alongside the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, and participated in an Eastern Coyote Study that sharpened his understanding of how wildlife behave in New York’s specific terrain.

He comes from a long line of hunters, trappers, and fishermen — the traditions and skills of the generations before him runs through everything he teaches.

David also runs Elite Wildlife Management Solutions – a nuisance wildlife control business – humanely removing wildlife from homes and properties across Westchester, Putnam and Rockland County. That work requires the same diagnostic eye as guiding — knowing where animals feed, water, shelter, and reproduce, and why they show up where they do.

He is licensed and insured through NYSOGA (New York State Outdoor Guides Association)
